I have recently received my receipt notice with my Receipt number after filing my I-751. The receipt date is 04/01/2014.
I have tried both over the phone and online to see my case status but in both cases I am told that the case does not exist. I'm beginning to get worried that there is some mix up, so I was wondering is it usual for it to take a few weeks before you are able to check your case status? If it is unusual, how would I speak to a customer service representative in order to inquire about my case? I phoned the 1-800 number but was told my case does not exist by the automated response system and could not find a way to speak to an individual representative to inquire as to why my case does to show up.
