Got a rejection letter for forms i-485, I-130 and i-765. The reason for the rejection was that the checks were issued for the wrong amounts. The checks were written out for
    $1070 for the i-485
    $380 for the i-765
    $420 for the i-130

So now im lost because I checked the filing fees a million times before I sent these out for my husband. Can someone please help???

The $1,070 covers the I-765 and I-131, as well as the I-485.

$420 is correct for th eI-130.

It would be wise for you to see if there is any more of an explanation for the rejection on the document they sent back with the files.

But in my experience, if anything is wrong with the fee checks, the whole package is rejected.

Just do it over and pay the fees correctly this time. My advice, also, is to have someone review your whole package before you send it out, as a first time package like this will always have loose ends.
