Please help Green Card Related

I am a derivative beneficiary under f4 category. I have got my visa stamped and flew to the US .Unfortunately I had to return back to India before receiving my green card. The visa stamped on my Passport ends on May14 .

Can I travel back with the same visa stamped on my passport.

Do I need to have the green card to fly back

Will I be refused green card as I had returned to India before obtaining one.

If you have an I-551 annotation in your passport (from entry as an immigrant), that serves as temporary proof of Green Card status.
