I mailed I130 for my parents. However I am missing my own passport page. I included my birth certificate and their marriage license and checks. I was trying to intercept my priority mail. But if its not good, can I stop the checks? Would they send me back documents and not count as I filed before? Thanks so much.

Don't try to stop processing of your package or stop payment on the checks. If you stop payment on the checks, and the package is accepted by USCIS, they will bill you for the cancelled checks. That cost me $700 a few years back for a duplicate submittal after i stopped payment on the first package (which we thought has been lost).
Your passport copy is not a requirement for the I-130, but your U.S. citizenship proof, either by a U.S. birth cert or a Naturalization Cert. copy, will be needed (if the passport copy is not submitted). Wait until you receive a request from USCIS for more evidence.
