My uncle has filed green card petition for my father in 1995. His priority
date was october, 25 1995. This cut off date became current in April, 6
2007. My father got his visa in 2007. By that time I was already more than
21 year old. (my birth date is February 6, 1985). According to Child status
protection Act, Can I get my uncle's priority date?
