I am on EAD/AP, H-1b expired. I am getting married in July and traveling outside the US on EAD/AP 4 months later. If I apply for GC based on marriage to citizen, does that revoke my current GC based on employment (and subsequently my EAD/AP)?
I heard that it takes up to 6 months to get a reply for the GC application based on marriage to citizen. I don't want to wait that long to travel.
Appreciate any help regarding this matter.
