My wife is from Vietnam. Her original visa said when enter the United States said married when she divorced. I met her her in the United States and then apply for green card. When going through marriage interview this issue was brought up and they said my divorce in Mexico probably not legal. Immigration officer said don't think she would get green card or nor her son. Been 8 months from interview and not heard nothing yet.Do you think her and son get green card?
