Hi, I have a brother in Sweden. We have the same mother, but I was lucky to be born in the US. I live in the US, and my brother wants to come live here. He is 20.
What is the quickest way to get him here? Applying from outside the country doesn't seem to be an option (5-6 years?)
Can I get him here, then apply from within? Is that faster? If not - how can I make sure he will be able to work eventually?
What is your suggestion?
