Name change after spouse name?

Hello,
My wife is US Citizen, Would like to add my name after her name. as of now it says her father's name. How do I make changes and put my name there, Point me any process or right direction. Thanks in advance

A legal name change, as the result of marriage, is automatic, as the wife has a legal right to take her husband's family name. With a certified copy of her marriage certificate, your wife can proceed with SSA,DMV and various account names changes.
