Hi everyone, hope you all doing good today! I'm new to this forum and I have a question! I been married since June 2010 and got my permanent resident card in May 2011! On April 2013 I files to remove status (I-751) after I relieved a letter extending my status for a year, received a biometrics appointment for May and went and got it done! moved on June and sent uscis an AR-11 form to change my address but never received a receipt notice for it! I was out of the for 2 weeks in July and after I came back a couple weeks after my previous landlord called me that she had forward some letters to me that she had got for me, when I received those letters one of them was request of more evidence that was due in a week, I gather some documents and sent it again with a AR-11 change of address form, never heard from them again, than in December I called them to see what was going on, they said everything was ok and that the case was being process but said the address haven't been updated, so I updated it over the phone and the actually put a service request on my case and I got a response 2 weeks after in my current address, a month went by and I called again and another service request was placed and sighing 15 days I got a response that it was under review, my case wasn't being updated online until March 20th I went to the post office to get a package and they had some mail that was being forward from my old address to me and there was a denial letter fond the 7th said I had 30 days to appeal, I made an info pass appointment and they told me they couldn't help me but I should appeal without the fee because it was an error of uscis so I did that, they received of March 7th which was my last day to appeal than on March 17th they rejected bc there was no fee and they told me to re send it with the correct free, so I did that and they received on the 28th saying my case was accepted and On May 6, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.
