Hello everyone,
Me and my spouse were married on September 2013 as the same sex marriage and I filed a petition to adjusted his status.
We both came from Thailand, I'm american citizen (born in the US. but has been raised in Thailand) but my spouse is holding f1 visa. After the supreme court has granted the same sex marriage, then we decided to get married and my question is that if we have been living together since we came here to the US. for 4 years under the same roof as we put this information on G325A, Will this matter help us skip the interview process and calling my spouse to get his passport stamp instead? I'm so excited and so desperately and kind of panic because of my spouse visa is soon too be expired and he doesn't want to fly back to Thailand for renew his visa due to his class's schedule. Thanks.
