    Family Based Green Card Immigrant Visa Number

    I am married to US citizen. Currently filing all the forms and wondering if I am eligible for concurrent filing, even though I do not have an immigrant visa number, I only have my f-1 (student visa) number.

    F1 visa holder is considered as an immigrant

      F1 visa is a "nonimmigrant" visa.
