Hi,
I am going to apply green card for my mother. I am filling out I -130 form. Should I attach all the documents such as my mother birth certificate and property details with the application?
How much time does it take immediate family member to get green card? Since my mother is in India and her visitor visa is rejected recently siting that she doesn't have any responsibilities in India and she may not return back.
