  • Submitting an CRBA/I-130 for a Newborn

I submitted an I-130 for my wife and my son as derivative back in March 2011, and at that time I had a Green Card. However, I now got my citizenship since March 2013 and that the same year on September my wife gave birth to a new baby. My wife and my first son who was added as derivative now got an interview date scheduled for June 2014. I have been told by a friend that I need to submit a new I-130 for my first son.
    Q: Is that correct?

When my wife gave birth to our second son I did submit an I-130 for our second son on December 2013. But I was told by the same person that I didn't need to submit an I-130 for our second son. I was told that I need to submit an application for Consular Report of Birth Aboard (CRBA) DS2029.
Q: Is this correct? If so, can submit an CRBA(DS-2029) for my first son also since he just turned 4 years old?

Q: Do I need to submit DS-2029 along with DS-5507 since I will not be present at the embassy. Only my wife and the kid will be present.
Q: If DS-2029 is complete, do I need to submit D-11 along with a statement of Consent DS-3053 as I will not be present.

Can someone provide some feedback/advice base on my situation? What do I need to do at this point? My wife is scheduled to appear at the embassy on mid-June 2014
