I-864 for both parents of US citizen

I am a US citizen applying for my parents immigration. I have submitted separate I-864 and I-864 A (as I am a housewife and my husband is sponsoring them) for both of them.
I have received emails from NVC stating somethings are missing or incomplete on all forms like this: -

I am not getting what is missing in all the sections except for some places where they have mentioned clearly.

Without knowing what you submitted on your original forms, the errors messages below give little help in figuring what to correct.

Provide a link where your copies of your original forms can be viewed, and the pages from the NVC that you received, and those of us with experience doing sponsorship packages can be of more help.

I wrote my name as the sponsor n then checked 1 a. I am the petitioner.

Part 2. Information on principal applicant
name, address, dob for my parents in each form and no alien reg no.

Part 3. Information on the immigrant
1. I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2.

Part 4. Information on the sponsor
my info.

Part 5. Sponsor's household size
I had 2 daughters n my husband in my household so total including one immigrant being sponsored will be 5.
But after I submitted the documents along with my tax returns for the first time, I had my third baby, so should I include her also or leave it as she is not in my tax returns till now?

Part 6. Sponsor's income
4. Unemployed (since I am a housewife)
5. annual income is 0
so using my husband's income
10. my current household income is my husband's income

Part 7. Use of assets
Your assets
balance from our checking savings account and cash we both have.

now assets from I-864A line 12d
its same as part 7. So I have left it empty.
Total value of assets
10. total is just from 4 (our assets)

Now please tell me where have I made a mistake?

For starters, though...
1. Leave off the asset information on both the I-864 and I-864A.
2. Make sure the tax return amounts reflect TOTAL INCOME (not gross W2 income) line on Form 1040. Don't use 1040EZ.
3. Household member's Green Card or U.S. passport ID page or U.S. birth certificate must be included.

Aside from that, though, If I see the NVC correspondence to you, and you confirm that you included copy of 2013 tax return, W2/1099 copies, employment verification letters, I can give you a better answer.

Actually I have corrected some of the things that seemed wrong to me and now I dont have the original forms as I made changes in old ones. Do i need to download new forms and then fill them again or its ok to to use old ones with changes made? And do I have to send all documents again like tax returns etc or only the forms?

You need to complete new I-864 forms, with original signatures.

You should send copies of all supporting documents with the new forms again. Although including the supporting documents does not appear to be a stipulated requirement, it's not worth risking another "Request for Evidence."

This I-864 step in the NVC process is extremely problematic because suspected errors are identified by barcoded changes, and manual reviewing by NVC staff (probably poorly-trained contract employees) results in many "false" error correspondence back to sponsors.

There were so many check marks on your reiteration of the NVC correspondence below that it's impossible to know how incomplete your original submittals might have been. You need to have a third party with some experience review your next submittal, as these forms were not designed very efficiently. I see many of them returned by the NVC in which the submitted evidence would be obvious to a moron that the sponsor is well qualified to meet the sponsorship requirements.

Is it necessary to download two separate forms and fill them separately or can I use one form and just save it as two forms n save some typing and time?
