My friend went with his 17 yrs old daughter for his interview abroad. US consul told him everything was ok, but the priority date was not current and he has to wait. He is LPR. Priority dates for 2nd preference were delayed. Any idea what he can do bring his daughter back to the USA? thank you for your advise.
