My "mother-in-law" (not married) is from eastern Canada.
She is 81 years old and will purchase health insurance for her stay.
My domestic partner has a green card
I was born in the US.
She's was here till end of April and wants to return (permanently).
Since she's already been here 4 months so far this year if she returns will I have only 2 months to apply?
Must she stay in the US while the application is being processed?
