Having I-551 and Wants to marry a girl who is on student visa

Hello Everyone,

I am liking a girl who is Indian citizen living in Canada on Student Visa. She has got valid visitor visa of United states valid till November. She can pursue Canada work permit for three years after completion of her study in November.

I have many confusions to go ahead with this matter

1. What would be ideal country (USA or Canada or India) if we go for court marriage with respect to the time it takes to process file and she can get status of United States as early as possible.

2. Can we go ahead and do court marriage in USA? Legally is it possible for her to USA on VISITOR VISA for court marriage and go back to Canada to resume her study?

3. After completion of her study, Would there be any complications in obtaining work permit (in month of Oct/Nov) of Canada after her marital status changed to married?
