I just got married in May in India being us citizen to indian citizen girl . I was ready to apply for my spouse to join me in usa.
Few question I am struck or have doubt about it .
I am 52 is old n my wife is 46 years of age . My previous spouse past away 20 years ago . I have two children too .
I have all the documents concern the application requirements .
Only question is
Is affidavit for bonafide of marriage necessary
If yes who can do it . Booz I had a court marriage in India n had only few people to attend
Is my children affidavit valid as their were also there with me in India n attend the marriage
In the court or my sister n brother in law also attend the wedding but there do not live usa
What would the best bet !! Please !!! I would appreciate the help n information provided by this
