Dear sir

First of all thank you for your amazing informations i just read

I have a couple of questions and i need help in that

My case

I am yemeni citizen who live in egypt , i recently 26-1-2014 get married to my neighbor , she has dual citizen she is US citizen by birth in us ( Nebraska) and she is also yemeni citizen because of her parents , she never lived in us except for the few months after she was born , she doesn't have social security number and also she doesnot pat taxes because she doesnot work now my question is :

1- how can we apply for Cr1 visa while we are in egypt , knowing that there is no USCIS office in egypt , can we do that by mail or DHL , coz my wife doesnot have any relative back in US

2- what about taxes , is there aby problem for that? I have friend who work in Us and he has green card and excellent credit is him enough to be my joint sponsor?

3- is social security number for my wife obligate before CR1 visa processing !?

YOUR WIFE CAN ATTEMPT TO DO A DIRECT CONSULAR SUBMITTAL TO THE U.S. EMBASSY FOR HER AREA OF EGYPT, SINCE HER LEGAL RESIDENCY IS CURRENTLY N EGYPT. IF NOT ACCEPTED BY THE EMBASSY, SHE CAN SUBMIT HER PETITION PACKAGE TO USCIS IN USA, BY COURIER, TO:

YOUR WIFE STILL HAS TO BE THE PRIMARY SPONSOR, EVEN WITHOUT INCOME, SO SHE WILL NEED TO OBTAIN AN SSN, WHICH MUST BE ON HER SPONSORSHIP FORM, I-864. YOUR FRIEND CAN BE A JOINT SPONSOR, AND HE MUST PROVIDE I-864, TAX RETURN AND W2 OR 1099 COPIES, EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION AND PROOF OF U.S. LEGAL STATUS OR CITIZENSHIP.

3- is social security number for my wife obligate before CR1 visa processing !?

YES, AT LEAST FOR THE 2ND STEP, SPONSORSHIP SUBMITTAL TO THE NVC. BUT IT WOULD BE BEST FOR HER TO HAVE THE SSN ON HER I-130 PETITION AT THE START.
