I Have question regarding the I-864 form. My husband is the petitioner and he is student right now, which means he is not making any money. So we plan to use his mother(Joint Sponsor) income plus his grandma(Joint Sponsor) asset, because his mother is making around 10k a year, so the with his grandma asset, we can have enough money to support the me.
Then there is another problem comes out, my husband family has already used that way(income from his mother and asset from his grandma) to support their cousin whole family this year, which is 6 people. And 3 out of 6 people has been denied.
So do I still get chance for trying that way since I will be fourth person on the I-864 form?
Pleas give me some advice regarding my case
