US Citizen petition for illigal Mother; Do I have all the forms I need? Thank You! =)
I am a US Citizen, became one when I got married 8 years ago. Still married. =) Mother is here illegally from
Mexico for the past 28years. I know! Long time! ok... so...
Here are the forms I "Believe" I need to fill out to get her a Green Card and peace of mind:
1. I-130 Petition for Alien Relative
2. I-485 Application to Register or Adjust Status
3. I-485A Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(I)
4. I-765 Application for employment authorization
5. I-864 Affidavit of Support by sponsor
6. I-693 Medical exam along with form.
7. G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
