I'm 23 and have been in the US since 2007. I came to the US with my family on a B-2 and, while it was still active, we applied for asylum. It was initially denied, so we appealed our case. This case has been repeatedly postponed for 4+ years. In January 2012 I met my current fiancee, and are planning on getting married before my next asylum court case. Am I eligible to file a I-130 and I-485?

The short answer is "no." During an asylum case adjudication, no other procedures can be initiated. My experience is that the I-130 and I-485 will be accepted and the checks cashed, and it might go all the way to an interview, but then denied because of the pending asylum case.
