Filing concurrent I-130/I485 for my mother and her husband

Hello everyone,

I am a U.S.Citizen filing for my mother, my father passed away many years ago, and she is currently in another marriage. I know I can sponsor her without any problems, but how can her husband immigrate with her? Will be enough with completing his information in my mom's I-130?

I would appreciate any guidance with this, feel free to ask me any questions.

You can only petition your stepfather if the marriage between your mother and him occurred before you turned age 18.
