Hi there my priority date is now active and i am in usa on visit visa my question is am i eligible for adjustment of status ??? If yes what will be the procedure

You will now need to submit an I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, G-1145, with supporting documents and $1,070 fee, if you stay in the U.S.

If you return to your country, your processing can be routed through the National Visa Center, with eventual interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate which processes visa in your area of residence abroad.
