Parents Greencard Processing -- Can they travel while Greencard processing??

Am US Citizen and planning to do Green card Processing for my parents who are currently living in India.
Once I start the process can they travel to US with visiting visa?(having active visitor visa).
Please let me know.

I believe they cannot as when they applied / received their visitors visa, they stated that they had no intention of immigrating. (When they signed the visa forms). Now their intent has changed hence the visa is invalid.

Check with a lawyer.
