My parents are not US citizens and haven't live in the united states never. But my little brother (15y.o.) and I are citizens. I already submitted some paperwork the next step is the affidavit of support but I don't know if I should count my brother as part of my household, Since he is living with my parents outside the US. And also I am active duty military, married and have a stepson, does my stepson counts as part of the household even if the biological dad pays child support?
