Hi, Can my fiancee (US citizen) sponsor green card for my son (his step son) after our marriage.Is he considered as immediate relative.My son is 20 years old.Please reply

If the child turned 18 before you married, the U.S. citizen cannot petition the child.

But the child, if under 21, is eligible for a derivative K2 visa at the same time, or up to a year later, that the fiancee receives her visa.
