Place of birth mismatch in my mom's BC and her passport

Hi all,
I am in the process of filing green card fro my mom. The place of birth in My Mom's Passport has been recorded as "X" and in BC its been as "Y". Both these places are in same district and in same state. While filing GC, I'll mention place of birth as X. Is this fine? Or should I mention "X, Y"?
