Green Card for my brother & mother

I recently received my green card, and wanted to get one for my brother and mom as well, but I'm unsure whether I can sponsor them or not. I don't qualify for citizenship yet, but I really need to get greencards for my family. Help?

You cannot petition your mother or sibilings until you have U.S. citizenship.
