my grandfather petition under f3 category for my mother as a principle beneficiary on april 2006.we are four members of famliy.i am right now 23 year old & my sister is 19.now recent judgement given by supreme court of age out,is it possible am i able to go with my parents when date becme current?how much time it will take for file to become current at present speed?plz answer
