Two question about F2a category timing

Hi! I applied for a Greencard based on F2a category with a priority date of March 10, 2014. I know that no one can predict the exact timing of these kind of processes but could you just tell me your best guess about these two questions:

1. how much chance do you think I have to get my Greencard till one year later? (to the summer of 2015) please tell me your prediction
2. how long usually it takes to receive the case number from vermount Center for this case?

And if it makes any difference I should add that currently I am a student in United State,

What I am seeing its actually coming very fast now a days and if you are already in usa you might get your green card in next 2 to 2 and a half yrs.
N if you are younger than 21 than might get sooner too.
