Your mom should be able to use your sister's address as her home base, for mail.
If she applies for a Reentry Permit, she can stay out up to two years.

    1. If my sister do all the formalities (she lives in Queens, Newyork). Is it possible?

2.If my mom pay the re-entry fee (probably 2 years can stay outside the USA paying this fee ) then it is possible.?

Please "Ray B " answer my question ...

The Reentry Permit must be applied for while the applicant is in the U.S., with subsequent Biometrics in the U.S. The resulting Reentry Permit can be mailed to the U.S. consulate of the applicant's country to notify her of its arrival a couple of months later. Or the Reentry Permit can be mailed to the applicant's U.S. domicile and arrangements made with relatives to get the Permit to applicant.

My sister applied for my mom 3 months ago under IR -5 parents visa. She told me that she mentioned my age and my birthdate in the application form. She also told me that there is a possibility for me to stand for a interview in embassy with my mom.
( Currently my age is 18 years 6 months)

            Is it true?

              Talha,

Your sister has it wrong. Your mom's IR-5 class does not allow for derivative children's visas. Soon as mom arrives in the U.S., she can petition you, and that will take up to 18 months or F2A eligibiility.

My sister applied for me in the F4 category about 1 year ago. She is US citizen.
Now she applied for my mother . In the application she mentioned about my age ( 19 year). My age is under 21year.

                  My question is :-

                  1. " In which category (F2A /F4) my application will be processed "?

                  2. "She asked a lawyer he told her that there is a possibility for me to go with my mother " is that true?
