Hi..i am a US citizen and i am going to file petition for my widow mother..i answer widow at part C Ques 6..i am confused at Ques 8 date and place of present marriage(if married)..do i have to leave it blank?and then Ques 11 name of prior spouse..do i have to write down my deceased father name ?and then Ques 12 date of marriage ended..what to answer over here? And then at part c Ques 17 do i have to write down late husband at the relationship?
