All,
My parents are old and with poor communication skills. I am a US Citizen and my parents are in USA on Visitors Visa.
Looking at their health I want to apply for their Green card and take care of them here in USA.
I have read that applying for Concurrent Filing of I-130 and I-485 while parents are in USA is little risky as in interview you have to prove that seeking immigration was not your intention when you came on Visitor's VISA. Given my parents communication skills I think they may not be able to convince the officer in the interview.
I have heard that Consular processing is simpler and interview is very simple but am worried that if Green Card gets rejected then they will not be able to come.
I want to know which route is less risky ?
I would like to thank everyone in the forum for their time and valuable contribution
Thanks
