Hi to every one , I m new here just would like to know how long does it take to process I 130 to approved
how long it take approval latter for Gc holder spouse

If the petitioner is a Green Card holder, the petition approval by USCIS will take 4-8 months. But the subsequent National Visa Center processing will be held up until the applicant's visa quota slot (Priority Date-based) is available, up to 18 months.
