my mother is here in US in visitors visa, and I wanted to know if I have to do only the I 130 or do both the I 130 and the I 140. For the I 140, do we need any USCIS number, because we are just starting her papers now

There is no I-140 form. Perhaps you mean the I-485, which has to be submitted along with the I-130 to apply for Green Card status if being processed in the U.S.

Thanks, It was my mistake, the form was I-485.
So in the second part of the, that is: Part 2 application type(check one)- under which category does my mom goes if she is USA. I am her daughter and a US citizen under naturalization
Can you help please.

Also what other forms should I send in additional to I-130 and I-485?
I also know the fees are $420 and $1070. Is there a separate filing fee for I-130?
Any additional payments needed other than the above mentioned?

The $420 fee is for the I-130.

An immigrant medical exam will cost between $200 and $500.

Giving you all needed information in detail isn't practical. It's much easier to answer your specific questions as they come up.
