What is the fees for green card processing for a parent and wheredoes it mention here in tis website. Its so confusing here

Your question is too broad for a direct answer.

For a Green Card to be issued, after your parent has his/her immigrant visa, the fee for Green Card processing is $165.

To apply for an immigrant visa, the submittal fee for the petition is $420, followed by National Visa Center fees of $88 and $230..

If being processed in the U.S. at the same time as Adjustment of Status, the fees are $420 (immigrant petition) and $1,070 (Adjustment of Status).

Whether being processed in her home country or in the U.S., you will also need to pay for an immigrant medical exam, $200 - $500.

      Thanks for the information
One question this $200- $500 is for the doctors or is this additional to the USCIS?
Where Can I find all this information of fees in USCIS?

The $200 - $500 is the range of fees for an immigrant medical exam, usually cheaper abroad (except Switzerland was very expensive), but in the U.S., the medical exam fee iis all across the board, cheaper in West Coast.

All the USCIS fees are in the forms section of the USCIS website at: http://www.uscis.gov

But you will also need to be aware of State Department fees that are paid when being processed for a visa outside the U.S.

Your questions need to be more specific in order for us to be able to give you credible, specific answers.
