I am sponsoring green card for my mother. I have an approved I130. She is temporarily in US for 4 -5 months. I need to make decision on processing AOS versus continue the consular processing. I was told AOS process may take upto year. My mother is not planning to stay beyond the 5 months. What is the best course of action ?
