Had biometrics on 15 September. What is the next step?

If your Adjustment package was submitted properly, the next step will be receipt of the combo card, Work Authorization and Advance Parole (if you submitted forms I-765 and I-131 with your I-485 documents). About three months after receipt of the "combo" card, you should get an interview appointment for approval of the Green Card application.
