Hello I'm new here and wanted to know,
Got married, but my wife and I are having serious problems in our marriage.. I'm sure this will lead to divorce:
1: I'm on EAD waiting on my interview but like i said, I'm sure that won't happen so what I want to know is if I cancel my interview completely, do I get to finish out the rest of the time on my EAD?
2: If so, since the time on my EAD expires in April 2014, will I be eligible for a H1B if my employer is willing to file for it
Note: I've never had an H1B in the past so will any of that affect me?
And if I'm posting in the wrong forum please forgive me.
