Hello,
My wife and I are filing the I-130 and I-485 concurrently and we ran into a small roadblock. She uses the surname of her biological father even though she only ever knew of her step-father as "Dad" and on our Marriage License and Certificate her Step-Father was listed as her father.
Now, on the I-485 it's asking for her father's information. Should she put down her biological father's name (Despite never ever seeing him) or her Step-Fathers name? Like I said, her surname is the same as her biological father's, not her Step-Father's and Step-Father was on the Marriage Certificate. If we need to put down her biological father do we also need to adjust our Marriage Certificate?
Thank you
