I-130 Copy of Passport as single proof of US Citizenship

On page two of the instructions for, What Documents do you need to show as proof of U.S. Citizenship, do I only need to provide one of the documents from the list (i.e. Birth Certificate, Passport, Counselar Statement)?

If so, is it okay if I provide a Photo Image Copy (not scanned but photographed copy) of the Passport?

A copy of your U.S. passport ID (data) page can serve as proof of U.S. citizenship.
