Using B1/B2 to travel to USA until green card processing

Someone please advise urgently.
I got married on 4th Septmeber to US citizen. I am staying in India. Our I-130 got filed on 4 october 2013. It's been more than an year and my case Has reached NVC. I am really irritated and disturbed by the time. I also am a holder of b1/b2 visa. I had travelled to USA on office purpose in 2010 for a month and never over stayed or broke any laws. My husband is unable to travel to India as he is not getting leave from office. Can i use my B1/b2 visa to go and meet my husband. Once i receive the notice for interview in Indian embassy i can travel back to India, and give the interview. I have heard it's important to go with return ticket in b1/b2 visa. I will go only with return ticket. Can any one please help me and tell me if i can go there and meet him and come back to India? I also need to be there for my sister in law marriage in december. Its very very important for me to be there for marriage. My sister in law is staying in different state in usa.
