Is anyone here who can help us regarding filing of spouse immigration. I know few things which is necessary like I-130 form and G-325a form.
My wife need to start immigration process and would like to know what exact forms will be required and what documents should we submit.

Second query:
My wife is divorced but she has successfully taken divorce decree with court orders of change in name. Is it possible for her to file with supporting document like divorced decree or does she need to change her name in the passport / citizenship certificate before she applies.

Hi Aziz,

You would also need to file an I-485. I-131 and an I-765.
you need to compile supporting documents such as:
marriage certificate
pay stubs
tax returns
divorce decree
proof of Bonafide marriage, such as documents showing that you both are living together, both your names on bills, lease agreement etc
pics of you both together
cards from friends/family
details about your wedding
