Dear Forum,
First of all I would like to congratulate the immihelp team for providing assitance on immigration purposes to millions of people all around the world. I have following queries which I need to clarify before applying the case so, that any lopholes are not consistant leading to any refusal.
I am staying and working legaly in Saudi arabia, My spouse which is US national is living in Pakistan. We recently got married in a ceremony held at Pakistan, now I am back to Saudia resuming my Job. We are planning to file I-130 petition for approval, I want to know during this all immigration process can be proceed the case being away from each other. That is she in pakistan and I in saudia..? Does it effect the case..? Does it case rejection saying your wife ( Petitioner ) is in pakistan, you beneficiery in Saudia and you both willing to move US.
As due to certain reasons he can't be in US for all this time, moreover she's not willing to move to Saudia also therefore we planned to move US to be together. But this immigration processing time is we need to sort out.
Therefore kindly let me know whether we can proceed the case in the above mentioned way, Or we have to be together during the whole process.
Awaiting reply.
