After filing i-130(holding off filing i-485)-travel to India and back on Visitor Visa

I am planning to file i-130 for my mother now, but she needs to travel to India in next two months. I am holding off filing of i-485 for this reason. Can she travel to India and come back to USA on visitor visa while i-130 being processing/processed.

Will there be any issue while returning back to USA with i-130 petition being processed / already approved? Also, Can I opt for consular process if she stays back in India for some reason?

What is your recommendation, should I just delay starting the immigration process till she comes back to USA on visitor VISA?

If she has an existing visitors visa, she can travel to the US even if I-130 is pending or approved.

She can go through I-485 or immigrant visa as per her convenience.
