I just filed ds260 with my husband but we know he will not get a visa as he was undocumented in the United States for 9 years starting at age 16. We returned to his country on our on without any problems or deportations. I AM told to go ahead with receipt from ds 260 and file the I601. I can not afford a lawyer but I feel I have a strong case. After I file the I 601 what should I do? I need my husband back with me and kids in the USA as soon as possible. It is very traumatic for all of us
