Affidavite of Support and Domicial related questons

My father has filed immigration petition for me under F4 sometime ten years back when he was in USA. He left USA in 2005 and thereafter he visited two times. He is living with us here in Pakistan as he is at the age of 77.

My question is how to deal with Affidavit of Support and Domecial requirement? my father have zero income at this point in time.

You must submit two sponsorship packages at the same time (when the National Visa Center accepts your payment for sponsorship processing). One package is from your dad, as primary sponsor, showing his U.S. address at which he can receive mail, and including a statement explaining why he is not required to file an income tax return

The second sponsorship package must be from someone residing in the U.S., Permanent Resident or citizen, with copy of Federal income tax return, W2 or 1099 copies, employment verification or proof of self employment, and copy of Green Card, Naturalizaton Certificate, U.S. passport ID page or U.S. birth certificate.

My Dad just filed all pending Tax Returns few weeks back with Zero Income (for last four years).

Unfortunately, we have not any one who will suppose to become a second or joint sponsorship!
