What will happen to my current H1-B

I have current H1-B work visa which is expiring in Nov. 2016. I married to US citizen and will be filling for my Green Card. In the package do I need to include I-765 Application For Employment Document?

Also in the I-130 form they are asking I-94 number, so is it the most recent I-94 number they expect ?

Please help me as I am confused right now.

If you would like to work on EAD, you should include that. If you plan to be on H1 visa until you get your green card, you don't need that.
